With over 30 years of resources, contacts, and experiences in the international contemporary art world, curcioprojects offers a diverse collection of services for art professionals and art enthusiasts alike.  Besides the main services: Tours, Artists, Galleries, and Fairs, we also consult on fundraising, event management, public relations and media projects, commissioned works, talks on the art world/business,​​ and assist collectors with their collection and projects. 


curcioprojects provides services based on your needs, interests, and budget. If you do not see a service for your needs, we can organize a service tailored to you.  If you want to mix and match from different services, we can do that.  While some fees are listed, others are not since those services are offered on a sliding scale.  Email us with questions and what you would like to do.


TOURS: travel with an art world insider to an art fair or arrange a personal gallery crawl or visit a selection of artists' studios.  All the while being introduced to people, getting tips on what to purchase and what not to, personal stories, explanation of art speak, and more.​ Before any tour, we discuss your interests - what type of tour, specific galleries or artists or events, are you looking to purchase, do we stop for lunch or end with a cocktail, and a walking tour in one area or multiple areas requiring a car and driver. 

  • 1 or 2 Guests: an afternoon private tour of galleries and/or studios $400, art fairs $600.00. Group, school, or organization rates available.
  • East Village Walking Tour: combines art, history, music, fashion, food, culture, and everything else as told by Robert Curcio, who has lived in the neighborhood for over 30 years and has been a regular since he was in high school.  1 or 2 guests, $250.00; group, school, or organization rates available.
  • Business Focus: whether a software designer, a serial entrepreneur, or in the C-suite, explore artworks to think creatively outside of the normal parameters. Email for details. 


ARTISTS: recently graduated or well-established, based in NYC or international, a one-time project or continuous career management.  We assist in the development of your practice and achieve your career goals. 

  • Studio Visit or Studio Consultation: the first step in working together, providing insight into how we can assist you in achieving your goals.

    • Studio Visit is about an hour to discuss your work, career direction and goals, and questions you might have, with follow-up suggestions/ideas and potential contacts.   $250.00

    • Studio Consultation is for two hours or more to discuss your work at length, career direction and goals, pricing, working with galleries, curators, consultants, and other art professionals, and any questions you might have. Follow-up includes a two-page assessment of everything we discuss at the consult, review of your site, review of your written materials, see below, and a tailored for you Introductions list, see below, which you can pursue on your own or could be the next step in working together.  $500.00  

  • Introductions: introduce you and your work to 40 contacts of galleries or writers or curators, or any combination, with a focus on either the NYC area, national, or international.  Upon a positive introduction, we arrange a meeting or studio visit, review what was discussed and opportunities presented, review consignment or agreement, provide recommendations on next steps, and more.   $4,000.00

​GALLERIES: your gallery can be located in the NYC area, nationally, or internationally. Whether you are considering starting a gallery or have been in business for 20 years, we can tailor our services to your needs.  

  • Introductions: similar to the Artist's Introductions, see above, where we work with all or just one of your artists to secure exhibit opportunities, media coverage, or art professionals. $4,000.00 for one artist, group rate available. 

  • Promotion: distribution of releases and promotional materials to our international contacts, personally invite collectors and art professionals to receptions and events, introductions to collectors and art professionals, secure media coverage, and more.

  • PR/Media: secure media coverage not only for artists and exhibits, but for the gallery as a whole, write and distribute releases, organize media preview, multiple email blasts, and follow up with writers and editors.

  • Curation: curate exhibits at the gallery and other venues with your artists, provide exhibition opportunities for your artists, introduce new artists, bring new curators to the gallery, and act as liaison for their exhibit. 

  • Consultant: includes all the above, plus advise on all aspects of the gallery, from exhibit and fair scheduling to staffing and sales to shipping.

ART FAIRS: with over 24 years of experience as a fair founder, producer, exhibitor, and consultant to fairs globally, and with both gallery and artist fairs.  We work with your fair's team to provide a different outlook and additional resources. 

  • Consultant: advise on all aspects of your fair, from exhibitor sales and relations to shipping/logistics and staff management.  Includes all the below. 

  • Exhibitors: outreach to potential exhibitors globally, negotiate to secure exhibitor participation, liaise between exhibitor and fair. Commission or fee. 
  • VIP Relations: contact individual and corporate collectors, museum groups, and others, 
  • Promotion: contact and follow up with writers, editors, publishers, both hardcopy and digital, to secure articles, arrange interviews with exhibitors and fair staff, 
  • Curation: organize an exhibition of participating artists and exhibitors or of outside artists with management of the exhibit.​

WRITING: 

  • Artist: CV, bio, career narrative, and statement; all four $1,000.00, individually $300.00. Only review with edits for all four, $500.00
    • Grant/Residency Application review and advise: $600.00
  • Exhibit/Event Releases: up to two pages with one edit, $250.00 one time, $200.00 multiple.
  • Short Essays, Interviews, and Profiles: up to two pages with one edit, $1,000.00
  • Gallery: mission and history, exhibit and event releases, site text. Packet available.
